Highlights
Y’all! This past weekend, I graduated from the executive MBA program at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business with an MBA in Global Business. These past 17 months have been challenging, exhausting, and invigorating.
I can’t help but reflect on my undergraduate graduation. I graduated with a 2.4 GPA and a shell of a person—uncertain and ashamed of who I was. I could have NEVER imagined earning an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology (or anywhere else, for that matter).
My proudest achievement of this program is that I showed up authentically and unapologetically as myself, and the results were beautiful. I gained a wonderful education, lifelong friends, and yet again proved to myself that I can accomplish anything!
Thanks to you all for your support, encouragement, and love! I couldn’t have done this without y’all! Now, back to celebrating!!! I DID IT!
Saturday night I arrived in Johannesburg, South Africa for my international residency with the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business Executive MBA program. We’ll spend the week here before heading off to Cape Town. Today was our official start, and I’m so excited to learn more about this beautiful country and its people. I look forward to sharing my learnings with y’all! # #MBA #southafrica #internationalbusiness
