All the BOA shared their insights and thoughts for the students and their parents.  Saikiran Sondarkar the brain and heart behind the course and School of Future Tech talked about the USP of the course and their uniqueness. Nitin Putcha was candid enough to explain why they grind the students for four years to make them industry ready for all the roles and to pursue their ambition. Had great interaction and learning from the leadership team Dr Lakshmi Mohan, jaywant shelar , Dr.Kalpana S. Kumaran. Thanks to Swapnil Wable, Niketa Lobo, Prasad Sawant ....the back stage team to make it a success.

Finally must say as was really impressed by knowledge over the cutting edge tech AI by Ramana sir while he is just 84 years old :)  While talking about his journey he spoke about how he wanted to contribute to country by developing best in class skill set courses in technology.

Resonated with me as with the knowledge and experience gained so far it’s high time to give back to community and GenZ and Millennials.  𝑩𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝑶𝑨, 𝒗𝒐𝒍𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒇 𝑲𝑴𝑴 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒄𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒂𝒍𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒘𝒂𝒍𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒉. 𝔻𝕒𝕣𝕜 𝕡𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕤 (𝕒𝕝𝕤𝕠 𝕜𝕟𝕠𝕨𝕟 𝕒𝕤 𝕕𝕖𝕔𝕖𝕡𝕥𝕚𝕧𝕖 𝕡𝕒𝕥𝕥𝕖𝕣𝕟𝕤) are design tricks used in websites and apps to manipulate users into making decisions that benefit the company, but not necessarily the user. Dark patterns enable brands to achieve these goals quicker, with very minimal time spent strategising a genuine solution that would appeal to its users.

Attached article gives very good insights as to how it is widely used in all major apps and its deep penetration.

I believe there should be good mix of 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 with element of dark pattern for a win-win solution for all. 𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 platforms can feed good data for it.

BTW there is a well known ecommerce app facing lot of heat for using dark patterns...𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐨𝐧𝐞.
