Jaime completed an MBA in Marketing/Media Management & Communications from Fordham University's Graduate School of Business Administration after earning a BA in Drama and English from Carnegie Mellon University. Jaime's academic journey began at Choate Rosemary Hall for high school.

Throughout Jaime's career, they have held various roles in prestigious organizations. Jaime served as the Special Projects Director at BHG and the Merchandising/Marketing Director for Rachael Ray at Meredith Corporation. Prior to that, Jaime worked as the Associate Director of Integrated Marketing at Conde Nast, where they also held the position of Senior Marketing Manager. Earlier in their career, Jaime gained experience as a Marketing Manager at Time Out New York and as a Sales Coordinator at Hachette Filipacchi Media US.
