Jake Olson

President at Engage LLC, Author, Motivational Speaker, Director of Development at Reimagine, Blind Golf Champ, Christ follower.

Jake Olson is a remarkable individual who, despite losing his eyesight to a rare form of eye cancer at a young age, has emerged as a symbol of resilience, determination, and success.

Having battled retinoblastoma, which resulted in the loss of both his eyes by the age of 12, Jake did not let his circumstances define him. Instead, he used his experiences to propel himself to extraordinary achievements.

Following his graduation from the University of Southern California Marshall Business School in 2019, Jake founded Engage, a company that addresses the challenges he faced in the speaking industry.

Jake is renowned for his motivational speaking engagements, where he shares his inspirational story, mindset, and life perspective with various audiences including schools, companies, and foundations.

In a historic moment in 2017, Jake made headlines as the first completely blind player to participate in a Division I football game during USC's match against Western Michigan, showcasing his unwavering spirit and determination.

Currently, Jake holds the roles of co-founder and president at Engage, while also serving as the Director of Development at the Orange County-based nonprofit organization, Reimagine. He is a published author, a charity founder, and has excelled in golf, achieving a single-digit handicap.

Jake's journey exemplifies how challenges can be transformed into opportunities for growth and success, inspiring others to persevere through adversity and embrace the beauty of life.
