James Armstrong is a change manager with expertise in corporate strategy, project origination, and complex sales. James is recognized for his diplomatic approach and unwavering patience when navigating shifting priorities. He holds a diverse educational background, having studied disciplines ranging from product and service launching to survival training and investment analysis.

His professional journey includes roles such as Sales Manager at Lowe's Canada, Sr. Vice President of Development & Operations at Caden, and Commercial Project Director at Namasté Solar. Over the years, he has contributed significantly to organizations like SkyPower Global, Hanson Building Products, and Caterpillar Tuneling (Lovat). Throughout his career, James has demonstrated a keen interest in energy policy, enterprise-scale software deployment, and strategic sales initiatives.

Outside of work, James is an avid traveler who enjoys hiking and paddling. Despite his adventurous spirit, he values time with family and friends. His academic pursuits have taken him to institutions like Laurentian University, Humber College, and the Sauder School of Business, where he deepened his knowledge of project management, real estate, and leadership.

In his spare time, James has engaged in teaching roles related to Archaeology, Canoeing, and Sailing. His passion for photography has not only garnered awards but also reflects his creative side.
