Developers Available! I have have been consulting with a small web applications builder and operations company for the past 5+ years. As of September 1st they lost a contract with a large US hospital chain. They are looking to find work for roughly 20 developers(out of their 60 total team)

They do not want to lay them off. The developers are Eastern European based developers, project managers and business analysts we employed to to keep costs down. The team has been a steady 60-75 offshore. The company is US based. I thought I would post to see if anyone could use solid developers for their low salary +20% overhead. That should keep them in the $3-5 k monthly range. These are people who have worked for a US based company for many years (average is around 5 years), not a consulting firm. They are used to roughly ½ of their workday during US business hours.Their English language skills are solid.

Their skillsets are:

  1. Ruby on Rails (all versions)
  2. Vue.js
  3. React.js
  4. React Native
  5. Python
  6. GoLang
  7. AWS - Fargate, Lambda, CloudFront, etc

The company would make their payroll, and pay taxes etc. They could come back to us or stay with your firm. We just want to find them a soft landing and not lay them off. Feel free and reach out to me if interested.
