Breaking news: Pitney Bowes has put its eCommerce business into Bankruptcy. My heart goes out to all of the affected team members. And for all of those stranded merchants, please do reach out to us at Sendle if we can help keep you moving - just DM me!
Please help by signing this petition that has been put to the Federal Parliament of Australia by hundreds of Independently-owned, Local Community Post Offices! https://lnkd.in/gRcvf9yH
Our local Post Offices are independent small businesses owned and run by Mums and Dads living in the community. They provide essential services to their communities but are struggling to remain viable as Australia Post continues to cut products and services.
If this continues, you risk losing your post office. We have already lost banks, insurers, government agencies, and telcos from our main streets. We can't afford to lose our post offices.
If Post Offices can increase the number of services they provide, they will be more viable and be able to serve their community better. Remove the restrictions placed on our Community Post Offices so they can work with additional service providers to provide more choices and services to their communities, allowing them to remain viable businesses that can provide valuable services to local communities for years to come.
