Throughout his career, James has collaborated with numerous businesses to streamline their real estate portfolio, enhancing efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, allowing his clients to concentrate on their core operations.

Presently, James is involved in NearU, a pioneering venture that facilitates hybrid working environments for businesses through a digital platform and mobile app. NearU empowers employers to offer their workforce the flexibility to choose where, when, and how they work across a wide array of locations, without the constraints of subscriptions or memberships.

Through NearU, employers can help their employees save time, reduce costs, and enhance their overall quality of life, thereby distinguishing themselves in the competitive talent market and fostering productivity.

James Solomides pursued a Diploma in Art & Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design and completed his earlier education at Langley Park Boys School.

His professional journey includes holding key positions such as Co-founder & CCO at NearU, Director of Client Accounts, Global Account Director, Key Account Manager of Client Services, and European Sales Manager at The Instant Group. Additionally, he served as Senior Account Manager and European Sales Consultant at The Instant Group, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Prior to his roles at The Instant Group, James gained valuable experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator at Foxtons and as a Food & Beverage Manager at Nuffield Health.
