Founder | Coaching & Accountability | I help executives, entrepreneurs, investors & high-performers quit drinking for at least 90 days (91% success rate)

James Swanwick is a former ESPN SportsCenter anchor who quit drinking on March 13, 2010, leading to a transformative journey of improved health, career success, and personal growth.

Growing up in an Australian drinking culture, he initially consumed alcohol in moderate amounts, but by his mid-30s, he felt the negative effects on his health and performance.

After committing to a 30-day alcohol-free challenge, he experienced significant improvements in sleep, clarity, energy, weight loss, financial savings, and overall well-being.

His alcohol-free lifestyle not only enhanced his physical health but also boosted his career, leading him to become an ESPN SportsCenter anchor and start a successful sleep company.

James Swanwick now aims to inspire and help 1 million people go alcohol-free through his newsletters, self-guided courses, and programs.

With a background in Government and History from The University of Queensland, he has founded and been involved in various organizations focused on promoting an alcohol-free lifestyle and better sleep.
