It is incredible how little I knew about what goes on behind the scenes when being on the receiving end of an interview panel in the past before receiving this training. After completing this training with Hilt I am now much more confident in how to ensure that not only am I creating an application pathway that helps me (and TU Dublin) recruit the best candidate for a given role in the university but also ensures that each applicant receives the attention and feedback they deserve during each step of the application process.
