CBInsights Top 100 AI infra list is out! Unsurprisingly, the top companies (i.e. Hugging Face, OpenAI, Mistral AI and Databricks DBRX) are mostly model-centric. However, it's clear that enterprises are now focusing attention on data-centric AI. Big data will continue to be the foundation, but contextualized data is king. Our team spent the past year researching and inspecting what we believe will be a shift in AI consumption where data is the focal point. That's why we invested in unstructured.io (Brian S. Raymond), as well as another company in data curation that will be announced shortly.
We're interested in the "AI-data feedback loop" -- We think better AI can analyze data to identify errors and inconsistencies, improving data quality for future models. In turn, cleaner, more accurate data helps train superior AI models that make better predictions, further enhancing data quality through a cyclical loop.

I spend a lot of time talking to buyers and enterprises about their stance on GenAI and results are quite mixed. Some are excited and chomping on the bit to be first movers and others are staying on the sidelines until there's more clarity. I'm curious what the enterprise buyers are most concerned about before adoption of "GenAI"?
