Job Summary
The Director of Operations will assist the Assistant General Manager and General Manager with the job duties and responsibilities of the management office, and serve as the liaison with the Engineering Department, Housekeeping Department, Valet Team, and Security Office. In the absence of the Assistant General Manager, the Director of Operations will have the same authority and duties as the Assistant General Manager. While the General Manager and Assistant General Manager are more focused on the Business and Financial aspects of the Association, the Director of Operations is more focused on the day to day Operations of the Association in regards to communicating with homeowners and responding to their requests, coordinating and assisting with vendors, and the management of common area maintenance and repairs. The Director of Operations shall assist the Assistant General Manager in ensuring that common area is maintained and will assist in the facilitation of warranty and insurance claims. The Director of Operations shall assist the Assistant General Manager in developing policies and protocols regarding building inspection, tracking in BuildingLink, and any other areas as needed.
Compensation: $95-$115k (depending on experience) plus annual bonus and full health benefits
