Jamie MacAlister is an accomplished strategy facilitator, consultant, and executive coach with a keen focus on 'Pioneering Leadership'. Formerly holding key positions like Founding Director at the School of Business & Applied Technology, Clarke International University, Uganda, and Commercial Director at Ashridge, Jamie has a wealth of experience in risk management, strategy development, and commercial management.

Jamie MacAlister is the author of 'Risky Strategy' (Bloomsbury 2016), a book that delves into how leaders work with risk, drawing from research conducted during their tenure at Ashridge. Furthermore, Jamie has been actively involved in social entrepreneurship as the founder and Non-Exec Director of GO4 Enterprises and the Oak Tree Coffee House, initiatives aimed at providing employment opportunities and community support.

Beyond the realm of business, Jamie MacAlister enjoys writing and performing music, as well as playing tennis in their leisure time.
