Jana Azzam is a professional with a strong background in change management, digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, performance management, and project management.

Jana has a diverse educational background, having studied French Scientific Baccalaureate with High Honors at College Francais, a Master of Engineering (M.Eng) at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering, also at the University of Toronto.

In terms of professional experience, Jana has held key roles at reputable organizations such as Airbus, where she served as the Change Management Lead, and as the Digital Transformation Lead. Prior to this, she worked at GE Healthcare Partners as a Senior Consultant, at CIBC in roles such as Consultant for LEAN and Operational Excellence, and Specialist in Process Engineering, and at North York General Hospital as a Consultant focusing on process improvement. Jana also has experience as an SAP Data Analyst at Loblaw Companies Limited.
