Last night (after several postponements!) was the first Women in Tech & Digital event cohosted with Marks and Spencer and Microsoft. I was privileged to be on a panel with the amazing Paula Townsend, Musidora Jorgensen, Jennifer Morrison, Krista Nordlund and fabulously chaired by Rebecca Pate, talking about technology, careers, life, diversity, joy and challenge in every combination.

Such huge energy in the room and great insights from everyone, panel and participants. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came, networked and shared their experiences - you are inspiring.

A particular shout out to the awesome and persistent organisers Sharon Peters, Federica Ventolini and Priya Ragaven.
