Janet Lindner is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Human Resources, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Development. She has held prominent roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer, Board Chair, and Chief Administrative Officer.

With a Doctorate in Higher Education from the University of Pennsylvania, an MPA from Baruch College, and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, Janet possesses a strong academic foundation.

Her expertise extends to strategy, succession planning, governance, and crisis leadership, garnered through her experience as a board member and chair in non-profit organizations. Janet is dedicated to assisting leaders and teams in navigating rapid changes, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and cultivating a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

Janet's educational achievements include a Certificate in Women on Boards from Harvard Business School and a Certificate in Crisis Management from Harvard University. She is a member of Women Executives on Board.

Throughout her career, Janet has served in key roles at Yale University, including Vice President for Human Resources & Administration, Deputy Vice President for Human Resources & Administration, and Associate Vice President for Administration & Public Safety, among others. She has also been the Chief Administrative Officer at the City of New Haven.

Currently, Janet is the President at Lindner Advisory, LLC, where she leverages her expertise and extensive network to drive organizational advancement and empower individuals within those organizations.
