Janet McCauslin is an experienced professional with a lifelong commitment to education and lifelong learning, specializing in work-based learning since 1997.

Her educational background includes studies in Special Education, Education, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from reputable institutions like Moray House, Edinburgh University, Callendar Park College of Ed, and Edinburgh Napier University.

She has held key positions in prestigious organizations such as Director of Projects at Fife College, Senior Innovation Manager at Skills Development Scotland, and Assistant Principal at various colleges.

Recognized for her contributions, Janet received the Queens Anniversary Prize in 2000 for her work on 'Services for Long-Term Unemployed in Scotland' and was awarded an MBE in 2007 for Services to Education in Fife.
