Her leadership not only aided in the successful implementation of systems and applications but also empowered her team in developing applications critical for the university’s ERP, external website, and university portal.
For the last four years, Janice's focus has pivoted toward pivotal areas such as information analytics, technology coordination for the School of Medicine, business process improvement, web technology platforms, and data governance.
