A few months ago, I said I wanted to do more speaking engagements and yesterday I got to do just that! I got to speak with students from The High School for Health Professions and Human Services about my professional journey and experiences related to mental health in support of Mental Health Awareness Month.
It was an honor to impart my story and knowledge on such bright students. I love doing things like this and can't wait to do more.
