Jason Halpin

Staff Attorney

Jason Halpin is a highly experienced Staff Attorney for the United States District Court, Northern District of New York, with a strong background in Commercial and Intellectual Property Litigation.

Prior to his current role, he held the position of Senior Associate at Barclay Damon LLP, where he honed his skills in litigating intellectual property and commercial disputes.

Jason is admitted to practice in New York, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Western Districts of New York.

In addition to his legal career, he is a co-writer and co-producer of The Medicine Game, a well-received documentary that follows the journey of two Native American brothers from the Onondaga Reservation to Syracuse University to play lacrosse.

Before his tenure at Barclay Damon, Jason served as an associate at Menter, Rudin & Trivelpiece, P.C., focusing on commercial litigation.

He also spent three years as a law clerk in the Chambers of the Hon. Glenn T. Suddaby, U.S. District Judge, Northern District of New York, handling various civil and criminal cases.

Jason Halpin's educational background includes a Magna Cum Laude B.S. in Communications from Syracuse University and a Cum Laude J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

Throughout his career, he has displayed a versatile skill set through his work in the legal field, the entertainment industry, and the production of a documentary.
