Jason Wendel is a dedicated professional with a passion for solving talent-related challenges in organizations and society.

With a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), graduating Summa Cum Laude, Jason has honed his leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.

His interests span various talent domains including the Future of Work, Digital Transformation, Employee Experience Platforms, Operational Excellence, Human-Centered Design, Agile Project Management Methodology, Professional Branding, and Career Consulting.

Jason's impactful leadership roles include serving as President of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at IUP and being a Co-Founder/HR Manager of the American Philanthropic Organization (APO) benefiting struggling veterans.

Interning at Highmark Health, Jason discovered his 'WHY' inspired by Simon Sinek, leading to a full-time position post-graduation as a Leadership Acceleration Program (LAP) Associate, focusing on diverse healthcare functional areas.

Through his diverse experiences and commitment to making a difference, Jason embodies the essence of proactive leadership and innovative problem-solving in the realm of talent management.
