Yesterday we published Defector Media LLC's third Annual Report. I always find it to be a useful exercise, if an exhausting one (it's a good reminder that writing readable prose is really damn hard, which is what my colleagues are trying to do every day), for clarifying in my own mind what the organization needs to be focused on.
After publishing, we always get thoughtful advice and feedback - already, we've gotten good leads on new social management platforms to consider, and input on how to conduct sentiment analysis on qualitative survey responses - and I'd love to hear from you if you have any useful insights.
