With 10 years of International program management, and a total of 15 years in senior management and staff management roles, Jasveen brings a wealth of experience to the table.

She possesses a diverse academic and professional background focused on sustainable women's rights and human rights development as well as Humanitarian assistance programming.

Jasveen is adept at providing leadership in dynamic and fast-paced environments, effectively engaging with government officials, donor agencies, local partners, and beneficiaries.

Her expertise extends to designing and implementing programs globally, collaborating with governmental and non-governmental entities across over 20 countries.

Her past roles include Deputy Director Gender Equality, Gender in Emergencies Coordinator, Emergency Gender Advisor, Program Coordinator, and Grants Manager, showcasing her wide array of skills and experiences in the development sector.
