Jaureese Gaines is an experienced Implementation Manager with a background in crime and education research, philanthropy, and community engagement.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in American Government and Politics from Pomona College and a Master of Education in Diversity & Equity from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Currently, Jaureese serves as an Implementation Manager at The University of Chicago.

He has previously interned at the District of Columbia Public Schools, United States Senate, U.S. Department of Education, and served as a Teacher's Assistant in Biomechanics at the Center for Talent Development.

Jaureese Gaines has also worked as a Bank of America Student Leader/YMCA Intern, and as a Student Election Judge in the City of Chicago.

His expertise lies in convening individuals, communities, and organizations to collectively address societal challenges and find innovative solutions.

Jaureese is dedicated to facilitating collaboration towards tackling pressing social issues.

With a strong history of community engagement and a passion for problem-solving, Jaureese Gaines contributes significantly to the fields of research, education, and philanthropy.
