- Self Driven: Need to start running day 1. No honeymoon period. You deliver by default not by exception- by yourself.
- Security: Know the difference between vulnerabilities, threats, findings and remediations.
- Software Development: Should have built something on their own- deep familiarity with software development tools, CI/CD , open-source.
- Open -Source: Should have used it, positioned it, fixed it, managed it or have some chops in some aspect of it.
- Supply Chain: Understand it especially welcome if in a non-software supply chain domain
Lastly, candidates should be exceptional in their job functions- Should be great in atleast two of the following: sales, technical sales, SE, sales ops, product marketing, customer success, marketing, inside sales, lead generation , account management, partner management, business development, software implementation, PLG, pricing, product management.
