Currently serving as the MEL and Knowledge Management Officer for the Sustainable Energy for All (SEforALL) initiative under UNOPS IICA, he is at the forefront of driving impactful programs aimed at ensuring sustainable energy access globally. His previous roles include serving as an International Development Consultant, and as a Senior Advisor in MEA for Educo ONG, where he focused on Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning in both the headquarters and across Latin America.
Notably, Javier was a National Senior Advisor in MERA for Save the Children International, where he worked to implement effective monitoring and evaluation practices. His tenure with Save the Children also saw him as the National Coordinator of MERA, highlighting his ability to lead initiatives that prioritize accountability and learning in humanitarian contexts.
