Throughout his career, Javier has held key positions at reputable organizations such as BPM LLP, where he served as Managing Director - International Tax Services. He has also shared his knowledge and experience as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Francisco and Golden Gate University.

Prior to his role at BPM LLP, Javier gained valuable experience at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Manager in International Tax Services. He has also contributed his expertise in international tax matters at Ernst & Young, LLP, and served as a Senior Advisor to the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Javier Salinas has a rich legal background, with previous roles including Attorney-Advisor positions at the IRS Office of Associate Chief Counsel (International), U.S. Tax Court, and U.S. District Court. His dedication to the field of law is evident through his internships at the U.S. District Court and the ICC International Court of Arbitration, as well as his experience as a Law Clerk at SCP Martin & Maynadier and Von Wobeser y Sierra, S.C.
