This work is right at the top of the things I’m most proud of because of how it's grown and improved year by year (ask anyone who's heard me talk about growth mindset). This year, by harnessing the unique synergies found only at Paramount, we’ve combined two distinct initiatives with some overlap to a single, comprehensive program that is indeed more impactful than its individual components.
So many incredible people have poured their time, talent, and energy into making all of these things happen this Mental Health Action Day. So many in fact that LinkedIn cut off my list!
Here's my attempt at giving everyone the shout out they deserve! 🚀🎉
