Jay Wilson is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of leading SaaS Customer Success teams through significant growth milestones, from seed to $100 million in ARR.

With 15 years of experience in serving enterprise, mid-market, and SMB customers across various go-to-market stages, Jay has expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Having worked at VC, PE, and publicly backed companies with multiple successful exits, Jay is now seeking a new role preferably with a PE or VC backed company in the $5-50 million revenue range, focusing on team building and playbook development to drive adoption, retention, and growth.

Aside from his professional endeavors, Jay finds fulfillment in coaching, both in career development and soccer, and in investing in community-driven businesses. He has volunteered with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters, Soccer Without Borders, Career Collaborative, and Milton High School Varsity Soccer.

Jay holds a B.S. in Marketing, International Business, and Spanish from Penn State University, and has also studied in Madrid, Spain. He is an alumnus of Hingham High School.

His impressive career includes leadership roles such as Vice President of Customer Success, Director of Customer Success, Senior Director of Customer Success at various companies like Mezo, Buildium, RealPage, Inc., and Underscore VC.

Jay's professional journey has seen him contribute at different levels in Customer Success, Sales, and Management roles across multiple industries including marketing, real estate technology, and sports.

His diverse background spans from account management at EMI Strategic Marketing to group sales at State College Spikes Baseball and internships at First Wave Sports Marketing and New England Revolution.
