Jazmine LeBlanc is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of ELLA Library, a community-based art and culture non-profit organization in Chattanooga, Tennessee.14 She has held this position since September 2015.2 Jazmine is a storyteller and story sharer who works to amplify voices in her community, believing that everyone needs to see themselves in stories.1 She views stories as taking different forms and shaping our reality through how we present ourselves and perceive others.1

Prior to her work with ELLA Library, Jazmine served as a Personal Assistant. Her leadership and organizational skills are evident in her role at ELLA Library, where she oversees the organization's operations. Jazmine is also involved in community initiatives, having participated in discussions about Girls Inc. and ELLA Library on PBS.3

Jazmine's work at ELLA Library is driven by her experiences as a mother and her deep love for the community in East Lake.4 Her efforts focus on promoting literacy, art, and culture within the local community.
