Jeanne Kaufman

Jeanne Kaufman is a PhD holder in Criminal Justice from SUNY Albany with a diverse background in academia and writing. She has experience teaching both traditional in-house and online courses in various areas of criminal justice, criminology, ethics, and more.

Aside from her academic career, Jeanne is a passionate writer of children's literature including poetry, short stories, and picture books. Her works have been featured in prestigious publications like Highlights for Children and Stories for Children Magazine.

With educational qualifications from University at Albany, University of Maryland, and West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Jeanne's expertise spans from counseling to criminal justice and psychology.

Throughout her career, Jeanne has held positions as an Assistant Professor at Arkansas State University, Western Carolina University, and Bethel University of Tennessee. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at UMDNJ and Stanford University. Currently a work-at-home mother, Jeanne is eager to explore teaching opportunities in distance education programs.
