Jeff Goldman is a highly experienced attorney with over 27 years of expertise in business immigration law, specializing in visa matters and permanent residency applications for technology, life science, and entrepreneurial businesses.

With a background managing immigration law sections at renowned firms, Jeff opened his own practice in 2011, catering to a range of clients from scientists and entrepreneurs to foreign investors and elite athletes.

His accomplishments include filing numerous H-1B and L-1 petitions, over 1,000 PERM Labor Certification applications, and assisting with various permanent residence classifications like Extraordinary Ability, National Interest Waiver, and Outstanding Researcher.
