I am hiring two fractional attorney roles, both to support one of the premier clean energy technology startups in the US (backed by some of the leading cleantech investors).

  1. Senior Project Development counsel - to work on a range of agreements (EPC, O&M, PPA, Services, Purchasing, Leases, etc.) and provide counseling on regulatory, tax and other compliance matters related to the development of the company's very large customer infrastructure projects. Experience in energy and/or construction fields is required.

  2. Senior Manufacturing and Commercial Contracts counsel - to work on a range of agreements (Procurement/Supply agreements, Services, JDA, NDA, etc) and provide counseling to supply chain and engineering teams on a range of commercial legal issues to help the company with the design, engineering and manufacture of its flagship clean energy products. Experience with the manufacturing of physical goods (as opposed to being a career-long Software or SaaS attorney) is required.

Both roles will start at ~ 50% time, with an opportunity for the role to become full-time if there is mutual interest over time.

This is a chance to work with one of the coolest startups and one that is about to make a very helpful dent in the quest to save our planet.

Please send any great intro's to me. Thanks!
