ICYMI, check out my colleague and friend Debbie Lovich's recent HBR article on how #genai can transform work by reducing "toil" and increasing joy. This topic is incredibly relevant to my role leading Boston Consulting Group (BCG)'s internal GenAI internalways of working transformation. Debbie's research shows that balancing AI-driven productivity with employee satisfaction is key to long-term success. Proud to be part of a team that’s not just driving efficiency but also making work more fulfilling for everyone. Check out the full article here: https://lnkd.in/epgdVDV7 #BCG #GenAI
