Jeff Paine is an accomplished international marketing and business development executive with a focus on propelling start-ups to market leadership and successful IPOs or acquisitions.

He is credited with creating renowned tech industry concepts like the iOS brand and the router icon in the networking sector, as well as initiating various industry associations and open source projects.

During his tenure at Cisco, Jeff led the marketing communications department through a phase of substantial growth, overseeing the journey from pre-IPO to achieving $3 billion in annual revenue.

A seasoned presenter and chair at prestigious conferences worldwide, Jeff has contributed his insights and expertise to events such as TVoIP, SuperComm, Broadband World Forum Europe/Asia, DigiWorld, IP Expo, and CommunicAsia.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Jeff finds relaxation in the surfing haven of Hossegor, touted as the surfing capital of Europe. He also dedicates time to teaching English to enthusiastic intermediate learners, a fulfilling way to end his days.

Jeff pursued his education in Communications at Brown University for his BA and continued to earn an MA in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.

His rich professional background includes key roles such as SVP Marketing at PICA8, Inc., Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at Saisei Networks and Vello Systems, and President at Area 51 Networks Consultancy, among others.

Jeff has also been associated with prominent organizations like Forbes Technology Council and has held positions with leading companies such as Endace, UTStarcom, Vividas, and Cisco during his illustrious career.
