Jeff Wetzler is an accomplished professional with a deep expertise in the education industry. He holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D), Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University in the City of New York, and an M.A. in Adult Learning and Leadership from the Teachers College of Columbia University. Wetzler also has a BS, Honors, Psychology from Brown University.

When I submitted the manuscript of Ask to my editor, he encouraged me to include something about how AI connected to the Ask Approach.
I liked the idea, but wasn’t sure where to begin. How could an algorithm help with uniquely human skills like curiosity, psychological safety, asking questions, and listening to learn?
So I started to ask people who knew more about AI than I did (my teenage son, for starters) and to experiment with the tools myself.
I was stunned. Not only could AI help me come up with a list of quality questions in just a few seconds, it could actually help me get more curious by looking at situations from different angles. It even helped me to better listen for multiple levels of meaning!
