Prior to his time at Shake Shack, Jeffrey contributed his talents at Union Square Hospitality Group in various capacities, from Purchasing Operations Manager to Restaurant Manager, demonstrating his versatility and leadership capabilities.

His culinary journey began as a Line Cook at JEAN-GEORGES MANAGEMENT and further expanded during his Cook Apprenticeship at Ristorante San Domenico di Imola, where he cultivated a strong foundation in culinary arts.
