Highlights
Hello! I’ll be at the AAI 2022 conference this weekend. If any friends / colleagues are here, please let me know. It would be great to catch up.
So grateful to have volunteered at the second annual New Harvest conference these last two days! Thank you to everyone I met for not only making a difference in the world, but for also being incredibly open about your work and sharing with me. I hope to get more involved in this field and make my own change one day.
For those unaware of its mission, New Harvest is a research institute dedicated towards accelerating the growing field of Cellular Agriculture. Cell Ag is a field focused on using science to break away from traditional animal and plant-based products. Examples of Cell Ag include leather and turkey nuggets grown entirely from cells. This up and coming field promotes animal rights, sustainability, climate change and more very pressing issues. If you want a look into the future, check out https://lnkd.in/geujm5y
