I was excited to join @harvardalumni from 75 countries and complete at least a 5k for #HarvardMoves which supports financial aid for Harvard College students. Yesterday I ran 5 miles in 40 mins - which only a few months ago would not have been a big deal for me, but I’ve learned to take nothing for granted after some unexpected health issues. Special thanks to my longtime friend and running partner, Trey Gardner, for joining me and setting the pace. And a special shout out to my fellow Harvard Alumni Association Board Member, @Robert Manson, who was instrumental in #HarvardMoves and just ran the #tcsnycmarathon for his 62nd marathon!

As you are aware there is a shortage of personal protective equipment ("PPE") in the New York City area. The City's Office of Environmental Remediation is asking environmental consulting firms and contractors to donate surplus PPE (e.g., tyvek suits, goggles, NDex gloves, N95/100 masks) to combat the COVID-19 virus. Here is the link to an online form if you can help: https://lnkd.in/gmZ2xBk #helphealthcare #wereallinthistogether #staysafe
