Highlights
Coaching is more than setting goals. It's about stepping into what you really want for your life - with more agency, bravery, and trust.
When Alana first started coaching with me, she was at a crossroads. She felt unsure about her next move - both professionally (she was burned out and ready for the next thing) and personally (she wasn't feeling like she and her partner were on the same page, and it wasn't helping things).
Therapy helps people understand why they are the way they are (based on their past) and Alana had vast amounts of self-awareness.
She turned to coaching to have a space to investigate and ideate on her next moves. A space that supported her to get clear on what she really wanted moving forward. That provided accountability to take the clear, brave action she knew she could take, if she could talk it through first.
In our coaching together, she discovered a deeper connection to herself, a renewed sense of purpose, and the courage to identify and communicate what she really wanted - personally and professionally.
It was brave, bold, bad-ass work she put in. Also, it was regularly quite a fun process, believe it or not! And now, she's now thriving personally and professionally. I'm so proud of her.
Are you at a crossroads too? If you're ready to explore what’s possible... send me a message. Let's chat to see if my coaching could support your next step.

“True self-love is the opposite of both self-sacrifice and self-indulgence. It means caring for yourself so that you can care for others.” 🌈
