Profile updates to make:
-Company Ownership: Mention if you've worked for a PE-backed company. Use keywords like "Private Equity" or "PE-backed" to be found by recruiters seeking this experience.
-Industries: Under each company listed on your profile, there should be indication of what the Industry is and ownership. For example, "ABC Tech is a middle market SaaS organization that is private equity backed by XYZ Capital."
-Important Keywords: Include all relevant keywords related to your experience, such as "start-ups", "turn-arounds", "M&A", or "exit/company sale".
Think of your LinkedIn profile as your resume. Don't miss out on opportunities by leaving it incomplete. Job titles alone won't get you noticed, and you're being left out of our search results!
