Prior to this, Jenna pursued a Bachelor of Science (ScB) in Civil Engineering at Brown University and completed her high school education at Lake Forest High School.

Jenna has a robust professional history, having held positions in different departments at Ford Motor Company such as Treasury, Agile Finance, Manufacturing Transformation, and Business Transformation. She has also worked on global electric vehicle strategy and cycle planning at Ford, showcasing her expertise in the automotive industry.

In addition to her corporate roles, Jenna has been involved in various organizations, such as serving as a Director at the MIT Club of SE Michigan, representing MIT Sloan School of Management as an MBA Intern at AeroShield Materials, and working at Bechtel Corporation as a Summer Associate. She has demonstrated her leadership skills as a Director at Built Environment Plus, overseeing EPMA representation.

Jenna's construction background is evident through her roles at Suffolk Construction, where she progressed from Project Engineer to Assistant Project Manager. Her experience also includes an internship at Gilbane Building Company, further solidifying her expertise in the construction industry.
