Jenna Hauca is an accomplished Marketing, Digital, and Innovation executive with a diverse background in leading strategic initiatives in the fitness industry.

Currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer at CrossFit, Jenna has a track record of driving digital transformations and innovative programs in her previous roles.

Her experience includes spearheading the Global Marketing and Digital practices at Barry's and conceptualizing Barry's ❌, the brand's first digital business.

During her time at Barry's, Jenna led the complete Digital Transformation by launching client-facing mobile applications, web properties, and pioneering digital hospitality and marketing programs such as the loyalty program, The Academy.

Before joining Barry's, Jenna held key roles overseeing Digital, Innovation, Analytics, and Business Development at a marketing agency in NYC.

In addition to her professional career, Jenna has a strong academic background, having studied Neuroscience at Princeton University where she also played NCAA Div. 1 Ice Hockey.

Her thesis, focused on dietary predictors for substance abuse, was published in The Journal of Physiology & Behavior.

Jenna is a multifaceted individual who has also served as a volunteer Firefighter and Nationally Registered EMT.

She takes pride in being a member of the LGBTQ+ community and currently resides in Santa Monica with her rescue pit bull, Storm.
