To anyone within my network who is hiring: you have a unique opportunity to snatch up some of the very best people around following the #googlelayoffs announcement last week.
I know a lot of them - and I would love to introduce you to them. Because I have no doubt they're all going to continue to do amazing things, and they won't be free agents for long.
Thank you to everyone in my network who has shared opportunities already. I'll continue to post open roles as I hear about them - and please don't hesitate to reach out to me for connections, whether you're looking to hire, or thinking about where you might like to go next.
Xoogler friends: Drata is hiring across Product, Eng, BD, and Sales roles (all remote). If you are interested, please send me a DM and I'm happy to share more.
Big thanks to Phil McMichael for flagging.

I have LOVED reading "Originals" by the amazing Adam Grant this week -- especially around his research on risk takers vs. risk mitigators.
Living in San Francisco, it's easy to assume all entrepreneurs have to take this "all or nothing" approach to starting a new idea; to leave all that they have, invest all that they can, and just for go it. That only the crazy successful are the ones willing to take the crazy chances. But Adam shows that's not the case in "Originals" -- that it's all about balance, making smart and well-timed decisions, and hedging your bets.
