The problem I see here is that employees feel they need to clear the decks for the day/night because workload is increasing but I feel employers will eventually come to expect it and there won't be a salary to match being accessible 24/7. Workload increases because of the amount of extra work you put in so do they see it as compliment because they see you as efficient? How do we switch off in this day and age? We all need a device detox every now and then.
