Jennifer Conley

Jennifer Conley is a pivotal figure in the North Texas startup landscape, having been deeply involved in its growth and development over the last decade.

She is the co-founder of the Dallas Entrepreneur Center, a renowned nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs in North Texas and fostering entrepreneurship nationally.

During her tenure as the VP of Programming at DEC, Jennifer spearheaded more than 200 events and initiatives, including flagship programs like 1 Million Cups Dallas Edition, The DEC Ambassador program, and the Annual State of Entrepreneurship in Dallas.

Prior to her work at DEC, Jennifer held the role of Director of Operations at Alcatel-Lucent's Gravity Center in Plano, TX, where she scouted for cutting-edge technologies and cultivated relationships with startups and developers.

Jennifer's professional journey has been marked by her commitment to organizing a wide array of entrepreneurial and tech-focused gatherings, such as meetups, bootcamps, hackathons, conferences, and workshops throughout the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex.

Her contributions have been acknowledged by the Dallas Business Journal, receiving accolades such as the North Texas Women in Technology Awards and the 40 Under 40 Awards.

She has served on notable platforms like the Dallas Mayor's Star Council and currently holds a position on the Board of the Dallas Entrepreneur Center.

Jennifer Conley's educational background includes studies at Euless Trinity High School, San Diego Mesa College, a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and Management studies at the University of Houston - Downtown.

She has held various significant roles in different organizations, including Vice President at Project Mockingbird, VP of Communications at Vinli Inc, and Project Coordinator at LevelTen Design.
