Jennifer Donahue is a content designer and educator with over 15 years of experience focusing on the correlation between trauma, migration, and health.

Her expertise spans across written communication, collaboration, public speaking, project management, problem-solving, strategic planning, content creation, and data analysis.

Jennifer holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Literature from Florida State University, a Master of Arts (MA) in Literature from the University of Maryland, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from Salisbury University. Additionally, she has a certificate in Health and Wellness Coaching from Arizona State University.

She has held various roles including Associate Professor of Practice at The University of Arizona, Customer Support Lead at Zirtual, and positions as Graduate Assistant at both Florida State University and the University of Maryland. Jennifer has also served as an English Teacher at North County High School and Cambridge South Dorchester High School.

Jennifer Donahue is passionate about employing data to educate, engage, and influence diverse audiences. She excels in developing and delivering compelling content, utilizing research to drive impactful messaging.
