Jennifer transitioned her marketing skills into entrepreneurship by purchasing the franchise of Men In Kilts in 2016.

In 2021, she joined the Men In Kilts corporate team as a Marketing Manager, where she extended support and guidance to North American franchisees in their marketing endeavors.

Due to her exceptional performance, she was later promoted to the role of Senior Marketing Manager of Emerging Brands within the organization.

Jennifer's focus areas include digital marketing, eCommerce, SEO/SEM, full-funnel strategy, CRM platforms, field marketing, Canva, Shopify, CMS platforms (Sitecore), email marketing, martech, social media, brand building, problem-solving, leadership, and analytics.

She holds a Master's degree in Communications - Interactive Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Marketing, both from Bowling Green State University.
