Jennifer Herr is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background in Organizational Communications and Leadership, Education. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications and a Masters in Leadership, Education from the University of Central Florida.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has been actively involved in various roles at Rollins College, such as serving as the Diversity Council Co-Chair, Assistant Director of the Office of Accessibility Services, Disability Services Office Coordinator, Disability Services Testing Coordinator, and Disability Services Graduate Assistant. Her commitment to inclusion and accessibility is evident through her work in these positions.

Jennifer also has experience outside of Rollins College, having interned with Youth Outreach at Sunserve Social Services. Additionally, she has held positions at the University of Central Florida, where she served as a Student Assistant to the Assistant Vice President and as the Promotions Chair of LGBTQ Services. Her diverse background showcases her passion for advocacy and supporting marginalized communities.

Furthermore, Jennifer's skills extend beyond academia and office environments. She has worked as a Canoeing, Archery, and Fishing Instructor at Camp Live Oak, demonstrating her versatility and ability to excel in diverse settings.
