Dr. Jennifer M. Felder, a Certified Fraud Examiner, excels in leading and executing audits to evaluate the effectiveness of federal policies, programs, internal controls, and fraud risk management.

With a strong background in data analysis and proficiency in SAS, Dr. Felder is currently engaged in assessing fraud risk management initiatives in 12 federal agencies.

She holds a Ph.D. in International Relations with a focus on American Government and Politics, along with a Master's degree in American Government and Politics, both from Howard University. Additionally, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Virginia State University.

Dr. Felder has been actively involved in various roles at the US Government Accountability Office, including serving as the Diversity Advisory Council Co-Lead, Senior Analyst, and Program and Policy Analyst. She has also contributed to Howard University as an Instructor and worked as a Deputy Clerk III at D.C. Superior Court.

As a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., Dr. Felder brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her endeavors in auditing, fraud examination, and program analysis within the federal government.
